DETAILS OF COACHING [ For Online Batch ]

1. MODE OF COACHING

The 13 months course of Judiciary is available in Offline-Online format.

The classes will be a live and rarely Pre-recorded ones.

On special request, offline class will be held for the students who joined for Online Batch, Except with special Permission from Academy.

The test series will be in offline and online format.

2. LIVE CLASS RULES { FOR ONLINE ]

The student is expected to join the class at least 5-10 minutes before the stipulated time.

The student must ensure good internet connectivity at his/her end for smooth viewing experience.

At any time, Academy will not be responsible for providing internet facility to the student.

Keeping in mind the contingencies of internet connectivity, streaming services etc, if at any time any class gets suspended, then the same class will be provided to the students at the earliest opportunity.

3. VIDEO

In case the student misses the live class, then he/she can view the same class in the recorded format.

4. VIEW COUNT

It is to be noted that any video will be available for viewing for the duration of Thrice the time of the original video. That is to say, if the student has attended the live class, then he can view the same class twice again for revision. If he/she has missed the live class, then that video will be available for three times.

After the duration is exhausted, the video will get automatically locked from the side of the service provider.

5. RECORDING OF LECTURES

If any student tries to use simulator app or softwares in laptops for viewing purpose, this shall be treated as violation of terms of use.

As part of disciplinary action, the account will be suspended permanently.

Any sharing of lectures will also result in cancellation of admission.

It is to be noted that unauthorized use of our recorded/live videos will invite prosecution under the Information Technology Act.

6. DEVICE

The Students are allowed to use the app only on one device which will be their registered device.

Any change of device will be subject to permission of the admin [ Sometimes it will take time of 1 day ].

It is also to be noted that the app may run at times only on a particular platform. This would be beyond our control.

The students are thus, advised to always keep an android device handy.

THOSE STUDENTS WHO ARE REPEATING THE BATCH WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THEIR DEVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

7. DAYS

Academy, reserves the right to change the days of classes in case of any contingency such as governmental rules, non-availability of faculty etc.

Also, extra classes can be taken on other days of the week including Sundays in case any faculty member deems fit to do so.

No request for change in days would be entertained in any case.

8. TIMINGS

Timings generally depends upon the subjects going on. Generally at a time one Major & one Minor subject goes on. Academy, reserves the right to change the timings of classes in case of any contingency such as governmental rules or any technical issue etc.

9. STUDY MATERIAL – NOTES & BOOKS

Keeping in mind the online format of coaching, all the class assignments, tests and books will be provided in e-format only.

Physical books/notes will be provided at the request & payment of charges by student.

10. TEST SERIES

The test would be provided on the app in e-format.

The test will be provided in objective format – Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).

The test would be based on whatever topics have been covered in the past weeks.

Once the syllabus gets over, then full mock test would be conducted.

It is to be noted that since test are in e-format, there will a mechanism for self-assessment. The students are expected to take the test with full integrity and honesty.

11. DOUBTS

We understand that clearing of doubts is an essential aspect of effective teaching and hence, all our faculty members will be fully committed to resolution of doubts faced by students.

During live class, doubts can be raised through the live chat option and can be cleared in real time.

Also, special doubt classes will be held.

12. COURSE COMPLETION

The course will be complete around 13 months. But, in case of any contingency, this duration can go up/down by 30-45 days.

13. EXAMS COVERED

In this Course we cover all the major subjects of Law. So, the student can take almost all Judicial Services Examination. Special classes will be held for Rajasthan, H.P., U.K & Delhi.

14. REVISION

Since the student has ample opportunity for viewing every class during that particular subject, so no separate revision classes are to be provided. No request for separate revision classes would be entertained.

15. FEE

The fee for 1 year course is 1,05,000 plus 18 % GST.

Any student can pay the fees in one go by paying 95,000 plus 18% GST "Or" 4 Consecutive installments in 4 Consecutive months i.e 40k+35k+30k ( With respective GST amount on each installment ).

The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No request in this regard will be entertained under any circumstance.

In case of non-payment of fee on the stipulated date, the student will not be able to access the app. No classes or study material will be provided till the payment of fee. No request for extension of period will be entertained under any circumstance.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

Academy reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student in case of indiscipline.

Academy reserves the right to use photograph and videos of classes and students on our website and social media channels. They may be used also for publicity and promotional activities. We may publish the result of the student along with picture at various print mediums.

All disputes shall be subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.

Students are informed that do not try to run the app using simulator softwares like bluestacks in laptop. This shall be treated as violation of the terms and as part of disciplinary action the specific I'd shall be suspended permanently.

This shall also fall under the piracy clause of Information Technology Act, 2000 and IP shall be traced of the students doing or attempting to doing so and required legal action shall be taken against them.

In any such event, the Academy fully reserves the right to withdraw further usage of the Application/Website for further Services thereunder to you.
